Building on the success of the original ZEVA MC600S controller, our new motor controller features a range of improvements including serial programming, new weatherproof housing, lower EMI, and higher efficiency, while retaining the same compact dimensions, simple installation, smooth operation and low cost. Featuring the latest in MOSFET switching devices for an on-resistance less than 1 milliohm, the MC600SP is one of the most efficient DC motor controllers on the market. The small aluminium enclosure has been optimised for convection cooling, or an optional external water cooling block may be attached underneath the case for installations requiring higher continuous power. Built-in RGB status LED provides visual feedback on a range of conditions such as under/over voltage, thermal cutbacks, throttle errors, overcurrent, and various possible (but unlikely!) internal faults. There is also provision for wiring a remote status LED into your vehicle dash so you can keep an eye on it from within the cabin. Serial programming allows configuration of parameters such as maximum motor and battery current, voltages, throttle types and ramp rates. It supports various throttle types including 0-5V + enable, dual 0-5V, and Hall Effect Pedal Assemblies.
